These terms apply when you purchase the 31-Day Kickstart Companion & Toolkit from Everyday Weight Loss. Please read them before ordering and keep a copy for your records.

1. About us
Everyday Weight Loss is operated by BAM MK LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 08314517.

In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean BAM MK LIMITED.
You can contact us using these details for questions about your purchase, download assistance, cancellations or complaints.
2. What you are buying
The 31-Day Kickstart Companion & Toolkit is an English-language printable PDF containing daily workbook pages, reflection prompts, progress tracking and supporting tools.
This is a digital product. No printed book or other physical item will be posted to you.
You will need an internet connection to download the file and a device with software capable of opening PDF files. If you want to complete the pages on paper, you will also need access to a printer. Paper, ink and printing costs are not included.
The free 31-Day Kickstart email series is separate and remains free. You do not need to purchase the Companion to receive those emails. This purchase does not include the Everyday Weight Loss book, personal coaching or individual medical advice.
3. Price and payment
The purchase price is displayed on the product page and at checkout. The full amount payable, including any applicable taxes, is shown before you complete your purchase.
The Companion is a one-off purchase. There is no subscription, recurring payment or delivery charge.
Payment is processed through the payment options available at checkout.
Please check the product, price and email address before submitting your order. Our contract with you is formed when your payment is successful and we issue your order confirmation.
If you notice an error in your order details, contact us as soon as possible.
4. Digital delivery
The Companion is offered for immediate digital delivery after successful payment, subject to your agreement to immediate supply.
Your PDF will be available through the purchase confirmation page. We will also send a download link to the email address you provide at checkout.
Please download and save a copy to your device.
If you cannot access your download or do not receive the email, check your spam or junk folder, then contact hello@theeverydayweightloss.com. Include the email address used for your purchase and your order reference, if available. Do not send your full payment-card details.
5. Cancellation and immediate downloads
When you buy digital content online, you normally have the right to cancel without giving a reason during the 14-day period beginning the day after the contract is made.
Our checkout explains that we intend to provide the PDF immediately and asks for your express consent to immediate supply and your acknowledgement of the resulting loss of your cancellation right.
Where you have expressly consented to immediate supply, acknowledged that you will lose your cancellation right and received the required confirmation, your change-of-mind cancellation right ends when supply of the digital content begins.
If the legal requirements for ending that right have not been met, your statutory cancellation rights remain.
This does not affect your rights if the digital content is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to meet the requirements of consumer law.
How to cancel when your cancellation right applies
Tell us clearly that you wish to cancel by emailing hello@theeverydayweightloss.com or writing to our correspondence address above. Send your cancellation before the applicable cancellation period expires.
You may use the cancellation form at the end of this page, but you do not have to. Any clear statement of your decision to cancel is sufficient.
Where a statutory cancellation refund is due, we will reimburse you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your cancellation notice. We will use the same payment method you used, unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not incur a refund fee.
6. Problems with the product and your statutory rights
We are responsible for supplying digital content that is of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.
If your PDF is faulty, incomplete or not as described, please contact us so we can investigate and put things right.
Where you are entitled to repair or replacement under consumer law, we will provide this without charge, within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience. Where the legal conditions for a price reduction are met, you may be entitled to a reduction of up to the full purchase price.
Agreeing to immediate delivery does not remove these rights.
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts any consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
7. Personal use and copyright
Your purchase allows you to download, save and print the Companion for your own personal use. You may print fresh copies of the pages to use again.
Copyright remains with Bam Mk Limited.
Unless permitted by law or with our written permission, you must not resell, redistribute, publicly upload or share the PDF with other people, or reproduce its content for commercial use.
8. Health information
The Companion contains general lifestyle information based on personal experience and research. It is not medical advice and does not replace advice from your GP or another qualified healthcare professional.
Everyone’s circumstances are different. No particular amount of weight loss or other individual result is guaranteed.
Please speak to your GP before making significant changes to your diet or exercise, particularly if you have a medical condition, take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, are under 18 or have a history of eating disorders.
9. Personal information and emails
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information.
We will use your contact details to process your purchase, deliver your download and communicate with you about your order.
Buying the Companion does not automatically sign you up for marketing emails. Any separate email signup choices are explained when you make them.
10. Questions and complaints

Please include your order reference, if available, a description of the problem and how you would like it resolved. We will investigate and respond using the contact details you provide.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for future purchases. The version provided when you place your order applies to that purchase. Later changes will not retrospectively reduce your rights.
12. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
This does not remove any mandatory consumer protections or rights to bring proceedings in the courts available to you under the law where you live.
Cancellation form
Complete and send this form only if you wish to cancel and your cancellation right still applies. You can also cancel by sending any other clear statement.
